Germany's top-rated luxury hotel is located in Dresden

"The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Only friendly staff," writes user Michael on Tripadvisor about our hotel in Dresden. It is one of the most recent of almost 600 reviews that the five-star superior hotel in the Baroque Quarter has received from its guests on the travel platform. Location, cleanliness, service, value for money: our privately run hotel consistently receives top marks in these categories. Analysing all user entries for an entire year shows that there is no other top German hotel that is consistently rated better by its guests. Tripadvisor has now honoured it with the "Travellers' Choice Best of the Best Award 2023".

"This is a labour victory for our employees," our hotel director Ralf J. Kutzner is certain. "What our guests appreciate above all are the so-called soft factors, the familiar atmosphere and the striving for perfection at all levels." Although our hotel attaches great importance to the thorough training of its specialist staff and to finding and retaining the best minds in the industry, it is ultimately down to the commitment of each individual whether we succeed in delighting our guests day after day. "I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for this," says the host.

For the Travellers' Choice Best of the Best Awards 2023, which are presented in several categories, the Tripadvisor editorial team analysed the reviews of more than 1.5 million hotels worldwide that were submitted by users in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2022. Both the quantity and quality of guest feedback were taken into account.
