We make every effort to anticipate and address all your questions in advance. If, for any reason, your question is not answered to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is always here to assist you.

  • What about children?

    Families with children are very welcome. They stay in their parents' room free of charge in an extra bed or baby cot until their 13th birthday. We also invite them to breakfast. If the children are still very small, we offer high chairs.

  • From when can I check-in?

    We guarantee check-in from 2 pm.


  • Until when can I check-out?

    We kindly ask you to check-out by 12 pm.

  • Where can I park?

    Our hotel has its own underground parking garage. The parking fee is €20 per day.

  • Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

    There are two parking spaces with electric charging facilities in the underground garage. The charging fee is €20.00 per charging session. Thanks to a partnership, Porsche charging is complimentary.

  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?

    Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome. Due to special and more extensive cleaning, we charge a pet fee of €35 per pet/night. The size of the pet does not matter.

  • Should I make a reservation at Caroussel Nouvelle before my arrival?

    We recommend our guests to make a table reservation when booking a room. Caroussel Nouvelle is also popular among locals, so we cannot guarantee a table for spontaneous requests on-site despite having a room reservation.

  • Is room service available?

    Yes, we serve a small selection of dishes daily from 12 pm to 9:30 pm.

  • Why does the hotel charge an energy fee?

    Due to increased energy costs and significantly higher costs from our suppliers and partners (such as for food, laundry, or paper), we have been charging an energy fee since October 2022, which we transparently disclose and do not include in the room rate.

  • What is the accommodation tax?

    The accommodation tax is levied by the city of Dresden, and we pass on the collected tax in full to the city.

  • Can I purchase vouchers from you?
