What are the restaurant's opening hours?

Our restaurant is open from 12 pm to 2 pm for lunch. In the afternoon, homemade cakes are available. For dinner, the restaurant opens at 6 pm, and the kitchen closes at 9:30 pm.

When does the bar open?

The Palais Bar is open daily from 5 pm. The bar is staffed by the service team starting from noon.

Are dogs welcome in the restaurant?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome during breakfast, lunch, or dinner as long as they remain calm and lie quietly at the table.

What about allergies and intolerances?

Upon request, we offer gluten-free and lactose-free products. We kindly ask for advance notice regarding any other intolerances or allergies, so we can accommodate your needs and provide optimal service.

A grand entrance or a cozy end to the day – both are possible in the PALAIS BAR. Located in direct connection to the Caroussel Nouvelle, there is a large selection of quality wines by the glass in addition to the bar classics.

The new design of the chairs is a stroke of genius. The bold combination of baroque form and bright colors is both quotation and original, historicism and avant-garde, maximalism and minimalism at the same time. Typical Carlo Rampazzi. It is the work of an artist whose creativity is not restricted by trends or conventions. The Bülow Palais owes its unmistakable style to the star designer from Ticino – in the lobby, in the conservatory and in the bar area.

For lovers of fine spirits, our bartender Waldemar Bornemann offers three gin, whiskey & rum tastings. With a 5-tasting, you can enjoy exquisite spirits in the cozy, familiar atmosphere of the Cigar Lounge and at the same time learn exciting anecdotes.

If you are interested, we will be happy to set up an exclusive tasting for the spirit of your choice for closed groups of up to ten people.

A pleasure for cigar lovers and friends of fine brandies

Around 30 different cigars and a first-class selection of the finest spirits, such as excellent cognac and whiskey, are available in the CIGAR LOUNGE.

Furnished in the old English style, the attentive observer will discover the ceiling section skilfully paneled with real cigar leaves. The club tables are also impressively designed in this way.
