Bistro meets Haute Cuisine
The starred restaurant Caroussel was a legend. It was one of the first hotels in Saxony to be awarded a Michelin star in the 1990s. It has now merged with our "Bülows Bistro" and the result is a completely new restaurant concept called CAROUSSEL NOUVELLE.
The urban nonchalance of the bistro meets the culinary finesse of the gourmet restaurant: honest, relaxed, cosmopolitan. The influence of gourmet cuisine with Meissen porcelain and exciting wines remains unmistakable, but it has become more international. Seasonal and regional delights are complemented with specialties from traditional world cuisines.
For daily enjoyment, the classic 'à la carte' is also available to guests, offering a wide range of delicious dishes for every taste. Whether meat, fish, vegetarian. There is something for everyone here.

Opening hours and table reservation
We are open for you daily from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The kitchen closes at 9.30 p.m.
Our a la carte menu is created for up to 10 people. For group reservations we suggest that you coordinate a unique menu with us in advance.
We recommend to make early reservations for dinner.
The responsibility for the culinary aspects of the gastronomic concept lies in the hands of Head Chef Sven Vogel. The new Head of Restaurant is Dennis Gläßer.
We make every effort to anticipate and address all your questions in advance. If, for any reason, your question is not answered to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is always here to assist you.
Our restaurant is open from 12 pm to 2 pm for lunch. In the afternoon, homemade cakes are available. For dinner, the restaurant opens at 6 pm, and the kitchen closes at 9:30 pm.
The Palais Bar is open daily from 5 pm. The bar is staffed by the service team starting from noon.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome during breakfast, lunch, or dinner as long as they remain calm and lie quietly at the table.
