Every good morning starts with a good breakfast!

Our gourmet breakfast is an institution. Over the years, the breakfast team has perfected the total work of art. It is now probably the most opulent breakfast in Dresden.


The first is the most important meal of the day. And Katrin Kaiser, breakfast manager at the Bülow Palais, together with her team, does everything to ensure that it is also the most beautiful - at least an equal counterpart to the evening gourmet kitchen in the same place.

 

Since 2001 she has been working on the perfect start to the day. Meanwhile, the gourmet breakfast at the Bülow Palais has become an institution. Fruit fillets and freshly squeezed juices, homemade cream cheese creations, salads, jams and mueslis, egg specialties à la minute and several varied cheese and cold cuts platters, fine teas, coffees and fresh rolls every day: "You should plan at least an hour to enjoy this variety enjoy,” she says. And the daily line-up of the seven-metre parade of delicacies also takes at least an hour.

We are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.


Price: € 33 per person

Children of our houseguests up to and including 12 years enjoy their breakfast free of charge.


External guests and locals are also welcome at any time! Children aged 3 to 12 years pay only 50%.


However, for optimal planning, we ask for a reservation if you are not a house guest.

A well-established team - the geniuses behind the brilliant breakfast

The work in the hotel begins at 5:00 am sharp, and at 5:30 am the preparation of the buffet begins: the dishes are prepared and placed, the signs are written and much more. The kitchen and service team work as a well-established unit.


Whole food chef Kerstin Nowak is the creative craftswoman behind the scenes. Her inventiveness is the motor for the continuous metamorphosis of the buffet, which surprises with new delicacies every day. The restaurant opens for breakfast guests at 6:30 a.m. Katrin Kaiser greets everyone personally whenever possible. “A nice smile and a few nice words are part of a good breakfast,” she says, and gives plenty of them.
